For the past week I suddenly felt this calling, like a sign maybe, urging me to turn to healthy living. I don't know why, or what even, but I watched my food intake like a hawk. As much as possible I ate healthy foods like vegetables and less fatty meals. In addition to my sudden miraculous self-control, my friend Jill actually made me try kickboxing. Never in a million years did I imagine myself kick/box something. My mom even laughed when my sister showed her proof.
Well, it was not easy as pie because I actually got dizzy after the warm up routine and my limbs had hurt for three days; but honestly I loved the euphoria you get when kickboxing. I thought I cannot do it though, but I guess you'd never know unless you try.
