HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY, SISE ♥

Friendship is not measured by the number of texts you send one another, how often you see each other's faces nor the hours you spend talking your hearts out together. Nope, definitely not. I reckon friendship is something infinite that it is truly immeasurable - like love. It is one of the things that surpass all the tangible things in the world. Friendship is also something that you know unconsciously and something that you feel through you. It is knowing that dozens of miles away from where you are there is someone who thinks of you once in a while, someone who has a special place in your heart and vice versa, someone who is close to you no matter how literally far you are. It is one of those simple yet beyond precious life-wonders that you can keep forever (or at least longer than material things whose worth cannot compensate for their price.)

That is why on your special day, today, (hello, legally-18-year-old Aya!) I want you to know how much I treasure our 5-year-long-and-still-counting friendship. And, yep, we may not always see nor talk to each other as often as we wish to (heck, we are lucky if we do) but do know that you are one of my most trusted friends, one of my few favorite girls and one of the few who I can freely open up my heart and mind to. Thanks, sise, for being a certified awesome friend! ;) I can also conclude that our friendship will surely last quite long (hopefully until we get really old and ugly) because I will always be here for you, and I know that you will be too, for me and that since we have been through ups and downs already, we're sticking with each other for the long run. So, I hope you won't be sick of me because I will stay in your life (even if you don't want me to! Haha! I'm a clingy friend, sorreh!)

May your birthday wishes all come true and do have an awesome year as an official 'dalaga'! I know that the Lord will bless you more because I know how good of a person you are and how deserving you are too, of abundant happiness and a fruitful life. Stay as beautiful you are inside-out.
